3. Hiring any real estate agent – Do not use the service of any real estate agent. Select one that offers you quality. Find out the best one in your locality and ask him questions. Find out how he plans to buy or sell for you.

4. Not finding the best remodeler – You need to find the best remodeler. Do not go to a remodeler because he is offering you discount or his services are cheap. Check well before hiring one. You can check with the past customer, local business bureau etc. to find out about the remodeler.

5. Paying too much upfront – Do not pay too much money upfront. You may lose your money. Or your money may be locked in for a long time.
