Next decide the place where you want to live. Determining the place may take some time as you need o check several factors like facilities and amenities you want like job opportunities, schools, colleges, hospitals, markets etc.

Make a wish list of you and your partner or family. Then see how many of the item from the list can you fulfil. This list should include everything you want. It will help you to search for houses and shortlist them.

Forego something from the list

You may want a Jacuzzi in your home, which my not b possible at present because of your financial condition. In such cases see other houses that have other facilities.
